"My dog had some animal smell on him. Have a golden. Did not know what to expect. Was using their self service offering. However Patricia and her staff could not have been more helpful or nicer. You can see they have a real love of animals. My dog also had a hot spot which they shaved and cleaned up. I could not have been more impressed with their kindness and professionalism.
