"I have been bringing Morgan here for her nails trim for over a year. Being a French bulldog/Pug mix she is never happy with anyone touching her nails. The first few nail appointments were stressful. She was snappy and vocal. Karen and her staff had told me that with regular visits for her nails she would become accustomed to the process. What a transformation! Morgan is still stubborn about walking inside and being brought to a station for her trim. However the trim itself is no longer a problem. Karen and her staff are friendly professionals who have made both of us feel at home and comfortable. I am so happy I made the decision to make The Perfect Paw Morgan's Salon and she's happy too!"
"You guys are so awesome and considerate of all animals! It made a huge difference for my husband and i that you were able to groom our long hair mancoon cat. It was difficult for us to do it at home. And you were so accommodating for our 3 frenchies.. putting them all together and doing their ears/nails. It makes it so easy for us to keep these guys salon fresh with perfect paw!"
"I’ve been bringing my dog Aurora here every 4 weeks for well over a year for nail trims. I used to bring her to our vet and had to medicate her prior to going. I medicated her for our first visit to the Perfect Paw but was quickly able to wean her off the medication by the third visit and we haven’t looked back! She is still a little skittish but does great and we are in and out with smooth, perfect nails and a wagging tail! The staff are awesome, super friendly and great with all the dogs, big and small, that I’ve seen while there."
"Finding the Perfect Paw was a blessing. We got our little lady a year ago October. She was 18 months when we got her. She was a nervous girl in the beginning. Since she was delivered by the "breeder" we really are not sure what kind of a life she lived before she arrived. After she was spayed with gastropexy she really needed a bubble bath because she had a lot of bleeding during her recovery. We brought her to the very same place, to the very same wonderful groomer that we brought our beloved Jack to. Jack just loved her and we even teased him that he had a girlfriend. On the way home from dropping Bella off, we got a call asking if we could pick her up because she was shaking and was really scared. We knew it wasn't the groomer because she was a sweetheart. We figured that our sweet girl would just be destined to be a bit messy. We spoke to the vet who prescribed a COCKTAIL for Bella's grooming. We had the dog, the sedative cocktail, but no groomer. Poor Sadie was traumatized. There was no way that we would put Jack's gf through that again. I sent an email to a groomer in the town that we live, and was totally honest about how nervous Bella was. She was awful nice when she responded. She told me that she really couldn't handle a nervous dog, but she knew someone who could. She gave me the owner of A Perfect Paw's email. The rest is history. Karen was so friendly and told me not to worry about a thing that she specializes in nervous dogs. She told me not to give her any sedatives and assured me that she would be fine. She was fine! She looked so beautiful, too. She always looks beautiful and she is always fine. We (Bella's parents) like everyone so much. They are friendly, kind, and professional. Booking an appointment is so easy! I wish that I could get a hair appointment as easy! Bella isn't a nervous nelly anymore. She has come a long way and we believe that going to this grooming salon helped her to adjust to her new live with us. Karen is a sweet doggie genius and a really nice, friendly, and fun person. Just this week I read the line on the website about boarding with Karen to my husband. We looked at each other and said in unison, "Oh wow, good to know!" If we ever had an emergency, we would not hesitate to leave Bella in Karen's care. I'm sorry that I am so long winded, but I know that there are other moms out there that need to know that their fur babies will be safe and cared for while they are spoiled at the best beauty parlor on the planet. Thank you Karen and company. Anne & Wayne (Bella's parents)"
"I have brought my dog Bailey in to be groomed by Karen 4 or five times now. Bailey who is quite the shy girl absolutely loves going there. She is so much more at ease when I pick her up and unlike other places I have taken her, she still has some energy and doesn't need to sleep the rest of the day away. Karen does a great job with Bailey's crazy fly away hair and keeps her coat shiny and super soft. Anything I ask her to get done she has no problem with. Karen can always seem to fit us into whatever schedule works best for us. I highly recommend The Perfect Paw"
