"Shannon did an exceptional job explaining the difference between the hair length. She spent time explaining things before grooming. After grooming she took the time to let us know how the dogs did during grooming. Our dogs are 15 years old and seem to know their limitations and adjust the grooming process for them. Our dogs have been getting groomed at Petco for a while and this was the first time they received bandanas. We were very happy with our dogs appearance & they smelled very good."
