"We have been taking our small dog to them for about 10 years. Up until this last visit we were pleased. Upon picking up our dog they informed us that they could no longer take her because she gets skiddish and it takes 2 people to handle. My dog is 15 years old, deaf and partially blind and weighs 15 lbs. It was okay to service her all these years when she was spry and now because it will take 2 people an extra 5 minutes or so, they have 'dismissed' her. Very disappointed to say the least."
