The facilities are clean, you can purchase treats and toys, there are themed weeks/days with fun activities, and you can customize your dog’s experience. My dog gets so incredibly excited to come here and darts right to her door. If that’s not a sign about her comfort and happiness here, I don’t know what possibly could be! She’s been going to Upstate Pet BnB since she was 8 weeks old for daycare and boarding for a week vacation each year and she’s now 4 years old. I never have to question if she’s being taken care of or fed or loved on. Caroline treats every dog there like her own. Highly recommend sending your dog for daycare every week to create a bond with the other dogs there & feel comfortable to leave your pup with them for vacation.
