About the Lexington Historical Society
The Lexington Historical Society, located at 13 Depot Square in Lexington, Massachusetts, is a museum and tourist attraction founded in 1886. As an independent non-profit organization, the Historical Society is dedicated to preserving Lexington's history and sharing it with the public. The mission of the society is to interpret the events of April 1775 and serve as a faithful steward of the town's history through time.
