"I booked an eyebrow wax appointment with Flavia for the first time and it was a great experience! I found out about the beauty bar from my friend that recently got her nails done there and decided to give them a try! Location is convenient from my house, and there’s plenty of parking! Everyone is super friendly and the receptionist was very nice and translated as I did not speak Portuguese. Flavia was very attentive and took her time and explained everything and made suggestions as needed. Highly recommended!!!"

"The ambience and decor is top notch; however, the quality of my service was not worth the price paid. Unfortunately, my gel mani did not last for even one week. Two days after it was finished, it began to wear off. My technician was kind to fix it, free of charge, but even then, five days after it was redone, one of my nails is peeling completely off. I am very disappointed as I tried really hard to be gentle and mindful — but even then, a gel mani should be able to handle more wear and tear than I had subject it to. I will not return."
