Reviews
"Great place to walk the well maintained trails and look for birds. Very nice nature center."
"Stunning views. Bird watching. Miles of trails, some to the water. Visitor center with exhibits, lists of recent bird sightings and tanks of water animals. There’s is also a campground."
"Great place for hiking and viewing wildlife. The Visitor Center was closed, so keep your eye on the time and posted hours if you want to stop in. Place is well-marked and has a number of platforms, boardwalks, and such to take a stop and listen. Boardwalk trail was exciting seeing all the crabs (at low tide), but I imagine it can get muddy around those parts at times. We didn't stay super long but enjoyed the trails and sights. Bring bug spray."
"One of my favorite places to go. The bird watching is top notch and the hikes are beautiful. It's such a peaceful and healing place. The walk out to the cape side ocean is great at low tide but can be tricky at high tide. The inner bay walk is my favorite."
"This is such a cute place to explore on the Cape!! We got rained on pretty badly but we still had a great time exploring the trails until we got too soaked lol. A wonderful sanctuary with all kinds of diverse trails and things to see."
