O'Neil Farm

The Historic O'Neil Farm, located at 146 Winter Street in Duxbury, Massachusetts, is a truly special institution. As the last remaining working dairy farm in the area, this 145-acre property has a rich history dating back to the early 1700s. It is not only a piece of local history, but also a vital part of the agricultural community on the South Shore of Massachusetts.

Carl O'Neil has been running the dairy business on the farm for over 100 years, but now it is time to pass on the family legacy to a new tenant farmer. Through a Request for Proposal process, Historic O'Neil Farm is seeking applications from qualified organizations and individuals who are passionate about agriculture. There are 70 acres set aside for agriculture use, providing a unique opportunity for farmers to continue the tradition of working the land at this historic farm.
