"I got a mani & pedi here. I asked for acrylic on all toes, & a basic full set with Gel. There were so many things that went wrong, she switched the price on me. My nails look terrible I don’t even want to show a pic but will post if someone wants to see. I asked her multiple times to fix my nails she got rude with me & agitated. My nails are all different shapes and crooked. The “gel” she used couldn’t be real gel. Everything gets stuck to my nails. She started speaking bad about me to her other coworkers not knowingI know a couple of words. She then goes pay me first after the 3rd time I asked her to file the nails better. I almost wanted to cry bc I was speaking up but she still refused to fix my nails correctly & made them worse. Now the other woman who scrubbed my feet did an ok job; But I still had to wait for the same woman who did my mani to put the acrylic on my toes. I had to hold my feet up which caused my legs to hurt. She did a terrible job and was even more disrespectful when I asked her to fix my toes as well. She’s the lady in the front by the window. I will NEVER step foot in this place. Terrible Customer service, dirty. I only went bc it was last minute I had to go to a graduation and my nail techs are booked or far. STAW AWAY FROM HERE."

After 3 days one of my nails fell of I went to report hoping it will get replaced for free since it's been only 3 days, today being the third. I was wrong. Not coming back!"
