"I have been coming here since it opened and I love this place. It's definitely the nicest nail salon that I've been to around the Plymouth area. It's beautiful inside, immaculately clean and modern. They actually honor your appointment time, which is a plus because a lot of nail salons in the area don’t. They also take their time and make you feel relaxed when you're there, so it feels more like a spa than a regular nail salon. I see Tyson or Thuy when I come here. They both do amazing work. They’re very professional, do a great job and they’re clearly skilled at what they do. I have been doing the dipping powder manicures and they are on point - they make it look and feel like regular nail polish and it doesn't look thick and bulky like the dipping powder can sometimes look if it's not applied well. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Wheelchair accessible! Other than no automatic doors which every store in Colony Place is legally required to have according to the ADA!!! Friendly, relaxing, and very clean. Set up of the nail polish choices should be more wheelchair accessible for easier reach."

"Went in Friday for a gel manicure and standard pedicure. I paid $80 total. By Monday, three of my fingernails appeared puffy. By Wednesday, the nail polish has peeled off to reveal dirt or underneath. I am a cancer survivor with an autoimmune disease and as such cannot afford to have my immune health compromised for a manicure. The nail tech was busy checking his phone and sending text messages while doing my nails. His UV light oven continued going off in what seemed like too short a time and instead of him pushing the button to start snd start the UV light process, he required me to do it by putting my hand in and out until it came on again. He did the massage with lotion in between the polish and while placing my hand into the UV light oven. The entire manicure was a horrendous experience and then to come home and have the polish peel off my fingernails with dirt caked underneath. This is unacceptable. Either fix your processes, train your staff, or get out of business. No one deserves to pay $40 for a hack nail job."

"This place I wouldn’t mind getting a pedicure or a manicure done, but DO NOT GET ANY FAKE NAIL PROCEDURES here. I drove my 12 year old daughter here, and instead of being professional and soaking off her acrylics, the lady took a false nail and picked them off, causing damage to my daughters nails and made then even more brittle then they were with the acrylics on. On top of that, it took 2 hours just to get that done. The place is extremely slow. After that, one of the older women there barely talks to the client while the procedure is done and doesn’t seen to enjoy her job very much. The pros about this place is is it suites the name well, it’s very clean and proper looking. One of the older male nail technicians is very good at his job though, and is very kind and considerate to his clients. They’re all generally very nice here, except that one woman. To conclude, this place is fine to get a pedicure, manicure, facial, or spa treatment, BUT DO NOT GET FAKE NAILS DONE HERE."

"This place was very clean, staff was friendly. My nails look amazing, my toes are looking great and my husband loved his pedicure as well. He has bad feet and he said he actually felt good for once. I found my new place.❤️❤️"
