"Second time here and the last time. Went in for a pedicure with a massage. The massage was less than 10 minutes with zero pressure, my bf had a more experienced person and had a much longer massage and more pressure. Also the massage chair was broken and would stop after 5 seconds of use. When I mentioned that I was disappointed with my pedicure the more experienced person started to argue back with me in front of other customers telling me my massage was as long as my bfs. I watched the girl and felt the massage i received and it was 5 minutes for both feet I timed it. It had absolutely no pressure, and was so fast, it was such a disappointment and frankly frustrating experience.What bothered me the most was the arguing with me about the service I received. The girl that was doing my nails literally got up during service and went to go look at the gel polishes (that weren’t even for me!) for some time while I’m just sitting there. All while my bf was still having service (foot massage) done and then they argued we had received the same service. so super unprofessional to argue with me when I was not arguing with them, just mentioned I was unhappy."
