"I got my nails done on friday, and on saturday the acrylic on my pointer finger fell off because the glue wasn’t used properly. The picture showing the nail coming off on the top right was taken today (tuesday), and its middle finger nail coming off showing the glue not doing it’s job. The nails are bumpy and crooked, and not even fully painted. The pictures with the green/colored background were taken on friday as soon as I got home. I’ve had them on for 4 days and 2 have already come off. I called to complain and asked for a redo, and was told they would only redo the two that fell off. I was questioned by the woman who answered the phone “what do you do that makes them fall off?!” as if it was my fault. They were nice to me when I was there and they are clean, but the quality is low. All in all I still gave a 20% tip because they are working during a really tough time, but I wish my nails looked better and that I could have a full redo."

"if i could give no stars i would. none of my nails match in shape or length i went with two other people and their also dissatisfied. the service was bad and i corrected her multiple times and she didn’t fix it. never coming back and i’ll advise that to other people too."

"If you go here, DO NOT let the male techs touch your nails. I had great experiences with the female techs. The males are incompetent. From my last mani/pedi, my hands still hurt from the guy grinding off all of my acrylic rather than filling it from the bottom like you are suppose to do, and have lost 2 that were poorly filled. And nail polish is UNDER the gel so I cant get it all off for a new polish. And this guy was incredibly rude. Pedi - not much better - very rough, very quick and I had a toenail actually fall off this week. This is a crapshow - stay away if you cannot pick the tech (and they overbook like crazy so be prepared to wait despite an appointment,)"
