"I have been twice for spa pedicure and dip on my nails and Ann is amazing. Very tranquil and quiet. Everyone is super nice"
"Love Euphoria! They are always so friendly and accommodating. I’m terrible at making appointments in advance and they always do their best to get me in. Their spa is clean and everyone is very professional! Always my go-to for nails and toes!"
"Went in for a $38 mani/pedi special. During my mani when the technician was cutting my cuticles, she ended up cutting my skin and I wouldn’t stop bleeding. The pain from that cut lasted a few days. Second, the place is not that clean. If you look under where you sit to get your nails done, you’ll see old nail clippings, dust, and other dirt. Lastly to top everything off, I ended up with a toe infection of the big toe. Day 5 and I finally couldn’t take the pain anymore so ended up on antibiotics. Certainly will not return again."
"Euphoria is my favorite nail salon!! Drinks are good ,, every nail tech That I’ve had has done a great job never have any complaints !! Today I had trinity and my nail shape is just what I wanted , love the color ! My daughter got her nails painted too and they are so cute !"
"I wanted a dip manicure and researched nail salons in the area that offered the service. I came across Euphoria in my Google search and was impressed with their website, so I booked an appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, the salon was very busy and appeared relatively clean. I had booked an appointment for a dip manicure and a regular pedicure, and five minutes into my pedicure, they switched nail technicians because apparently, the woman that was doing my pedicure did not also know how to do dip manicures. The new technician seemed nice and finished my pedicure - nothing fancy, just basic. When the dip manicure started, I noted that the technician did not soak my hands first; instead, she started buffing my cuticles and cutting them without any oil - which resulted in them bleeding in a couple of areas. Because I had never had a dip manicure before, I assumed this was part of the process. Also, every time she dipped my fingers in the powder, she brushed my hands off with a brush - the same brush she used to clean her workstation. So unsanitary. I had chosen a soft pink color for my manicure from the color wheel that was presented to me at the start of my appointment. What I ended up with was a sheer, bubble gum pink with flecks of glitter in it. I was unhappy with my manicure but because I hadn’t gotten a dip before, I was worried that I had done something wrong. Later on and in speaking with friends who had gotten dips in the past, they recommended that I call the salon and tell them that I was unhappy with my service, which I reluctantly did. I spoke with another gentleman who said that they would fix it and confirmed my appointment for 6:30pm the next day. When I showed up for my next appointment, that same gentleman said that not only did he not remember speaking with me, but that he also didn’t have my appointment in the book. Moreover, the one nail technician able to perform dip manicures had left for the day. When I asked for a refund, he promptly refused and said, “we don’t do that” - and suggested I make an appointment for the next day. Not only did I receive a terrible manicure, I also received rude and unprofessional service. I do not recommend this salon in any capacity. If you’re looking for a MUCH better, cleaner, friendlier nail salon in the area, I recommend Pro Nails - they fixed my dip manicure the next day and did an awesome job."
