"First time, last time how many times did I have to tell her she was literally burning my nail bed and all the years I've had gel manicure take it off it is never been 100% with a drill and she blamed the sensitivity on the are you kidding me. Cuticles what a joke worst service I've ever had . There are so many things I could say I just can't even be bothered terrible just terrible that's all I've got. Still gave her a 20% because I've been in the service industry my entire life shame on you you should get out of the business you could have cared less that you are hurting me even though I kept telling you"
"I was skeptical about this place since it seemed like another mall salon, but a friend I trust swears by them so I gave it a shot. I did a walk-in on a mid-Friday afternoon. They had several people getting pedicures so I said I could come back, but they said no problem and put me in a seat. The owner/co-owner himself did the job. He was very thorough and polite (I think too many people on here are misinterpreting either language barriers and/or cultural differences as rudeness). The price tag is much lower than what I usually pay at other high end salons, so I was still skeptical about how long my gel would last. But they lasted without a single chip for TWO weeks! Even now, at nearly 3 weeks, one hand looks perfect (except for the nail growth), and the other has just two chips on the tips from general life activities. So impressed with the work I plan to go one more time and if it’s even half as good, I’m going to cancel all future appointments at my other expensive salon and go here exclusively."
"First time, Wonderful experience! The staff are very friendly, they enjoy making you comfortable. My nails look amazing, I will definitely be visiting again."
"The girl who did my nails was very rude. She acted like she couldn’t be bothered with doing my nails. My mother and I went in because the nail salon we usually go to couldn’t take us. I just wanted short acrylics and my mom just wanted her nails painted nothing else. The man at the front was very nice and greeted us telling it would be a few minutes. A lady came over and started to do my nails and was very rude. While doing my nails anything my mom asked me or said to me the lady responded to almost snapping at her. My mom waited patiently next to me with her bottle of nail polish to get hers painted after me. After my nails were done, my mom got up and put the nail polish on the table in front of the women doing my nails and she visually got upset about it. She then proceeded to cut my mother cuticles until they bled. I’m not sure what her problem was, everyone else who worked there seemed really nice. My nails turned out uneven and lopsided. (Please excuse how crusty my hands look!)"
"I got a gel manicure last Friday, 12/17, and my nails came out perfectly (see first photo), costing $35 without a tip. However, by that Sunday afternoon (12/19), the nails I had done in black gel polish had begun to lift from the base and the entire polish came off. I called Monday, and asked for a 40% refund, as the issue was occurring on 4 of my nails (see next two pictures). I was told I would have to come in person for a refund, which was no issue. I just went to get a refund for only 40%, as my nails haven't even lasted a full week, and was told that I would not be getting a refund and they could fix my nails. I appreciate the sentiment, but I do not want the same black polish on my nails that caused the issue in the first place. Employees began to get upset, and when I asked who I spoke with yesterday that told me I would be refunded, a woman identified herself but said that money would be taken away from employees and was unfair. I became uncomfortable and walked out without a refund or solution to the problem."
