"I went to several nail salons in the local vicinity to where I live before landing here with Nancy. I am pretty particular and old school when it comes to the shape of my nails (super square no round edges) and I struggle to keep them at a length that's conducive to productivity at work where I type all day long. Nancy is super quick and has "nailed" how I like the shape of my nails and I'm usually in and out of there in 45 mins. w/out even doing the gel polish. I will continue to get my fills here at Calming Lotus!"

"Never do the cuticles or lotion. Always accuse me of doing something wrong when my nail breaks. (Broken after 3 days on last 3 dip sets under normal wear and tear). Generally, I liked how fast they work, but the quality was subpar."

"I called and made an appointment for my daughter & I for 2 gel manis. Was told to come in @ 5:45. We waited until about 6pm for someone to come over and start my daughter’s mani 1st. I sat there waiting then someone came over and was instantly “rushing” to file my nails very inattentive then she wrapped my nails in foil with polish remover and left me sitting there for over 10 mins. Another client came and was taken right away. When I asked who was doing my mani because it was now 6:15, they said they were running behind and the woman who was RUSHING thru my daughter’s 20 minute manicure, (no exaggeration!) said she was doing mine next. Long story short, both of our manicures were completely rushed, lasted 20 mins. Only got 2 coats of polish and only 1 coat of the clear finish. They never cut my daughter’s cuticles. $64 later, we both left very unhappy. They realized we were not happy then apologized several times. Won’t be going there again."
