Sunrise Nails

"Feel very uncomfortable each time I frequent this establishment. The staff is not welcoming at all. It seems the most important thing is the tip since each time I have been there the manicurists grab the tip, count it, then immediately make a loud comment (in an Asian language). I always tip 20% yet not once received a thank you after my money is grabbed and counted in front of me. It seems that they are doing me a favor???? The only reason I will go back is to use the balance of a gift certificate."

"Terrible experience. At first I asked for them to do a gel overlay on top of my nails and make it longer over the tip of my nail. she asked me if I wanted it longer or shorter and I said shorter thinking that she meant not as long, aka acrylic long. I then sat down and the lady did not communicate with me once, she was rough and cut my nails and skin and didn’t even do what I asked for. I came back the next day and the owner tried to change what I said saying that I didn’t want longer nails and wanted my real nail with just gel paint which isn’t 60 dollars it’s 10. She had me pay an extra 20 dollars for my nails so I had to pay up to 3x extra. but I had a different lady, she wasn’t rough at all but didn’t communicate with me either. But they continued to say they didn’t want costumers like us and that they didn’t like my friends either, and were talking very bad about them. They also didn’t tell me they couldn’t do gel overlay on my nails and didn’t communicate with me at all about prices or anything! I will never come back to this salon, these employees are very ignorant and so is the owner!"

"Worst manicure EVER. My nails are crooked…as you can clearly see. I was told i was wrong, that it wasn't crooked. The nail is not even completely covered with acrylic or color as you can see in the second picture. They argued with me, raised their voices, and told me I was mistaken. Poor customer service, poor manicure, worst experience all around.I would give it 0 stars if I could. Do. Not. Go."
