"Great place and priced well too. I feel like they do more than most other places."
"I've gone to this salon probably about a dozen times. I've had some good nail services but a few times not so great. Recently went in for a fill and asked for a manicure. The tech proceeded to seat me then put her phone on speaker to chat while she did my nails. This was ANNOYING. Meanwhile, 3 customers came in with an appointment. There were only 3 techs there. They were already busy with 4 other customers. The ladies with the appointments had to wait. Then 3 more customers walked in. It was after 5 pm. Instead of saying they couldn't take them, they told them to wait. In the meantime, my tech continued to chat while doing my nails. I asked for a manicure and all she did was clip around my cuticles, cutting 2 of them causing them to bleed because she wasn't paying attention and was rushing. She did not do my fill correctly as she was cutting corners to rush. I ended up with a bumpy finish. I left and didn't say anything because I was so mad. 3 days later my nails started lifting and one cracked down the middle. I had to go to my usual tech at Jessica's Nail Bar who couldn't believe how bad my nails were. She had to remove all of them and start from scratch which cost close to $80 on top of the $50 I spent at Quincy Nails & Spa. It is a shame because there are a few techs there who do a decent job but I will never return there again. Whoever the owner is should not allow their techs to rush their customers when they take on too many. Also, talking on the phone for the entire time is disrespectful and BAD business."
"I went to get a gel manicure on 11/4 and by 11/8, the gel was chipping. It is now 11/13 and the gel manicure is completely gone. The nail lady also cut too much cuticles off. Definitely won’t be coming back for their service."
"I was afraid going to this place because the reviews were very mixed. However my first time did not disappoint. I read a review recommendeding Cindy and boy did she deliver! I think this is one of the best shaped dip manicures I've had. Jenny was also a pleasure getting to know and she did amazing on my gel pedicure. I guess like anywhere it may depend the time, day and who does the services but I was very happy with everything I received. My only hold back on not giving 5 stars is its a bit on the pricey end. Paid about $100 total for both services where one of my favorite salons only charges me $70 for the same services WITH designs. I would definitely go here again for a backup place considering it's location is close to where I live. However, the other salon I usually go to will still win because of pricing, designs and service. But Quincy nails is in my top 2."
