"They "listen" to what you want for a nail design or color but then they make it about themselves and deny you what you wanted half way through the service. They don't even know how to do nail designs and they charge you an ungodly amount of money for something you didn't want in the first place. Youre left leaving the place feeling confused and broke and upset.. Eric doesn't push the cuticles back, doesn't even apply cuticle oil at the end of the nail session. Eric also grabs a household vaccume cleaner and uses the nozzle attachment to clean off the remaining dust from your nails and from the counter top; unsanitary. (That was the red flag at the time but I ignored it.) This was my second visit because I wanted to give them benefit of the doubt. I made an online appointment ahead of time as well with what I wanted done and when I arrived not only did Eric deny the nail color that I wanted but he also denied me the nail design I wanted too. Eric was also trying to claim that I didn't need my acrylic nails filled even though it had already been 2 in a half weeks.. clearly they proved themselves. Did I mention that they don't want you to get up and wash your hands??? Eric is the problem. Please save your money and go somewhere else where the nail tech will actually LISTEN to you."
