"I really loved this salon but I just left in tears. I had a 10am appointment and showed up early for a regular dip manicure that took over an hour and a half. I don’t have acrylics and I was getting a solid, dark red color. My nail tech kept filing my skin and using the dremel on my cuticles to the point where I couldn’t tell if the red around my nails was blood or extra power- it was blood. I left bleeding so badly and the skin around my nails is so raw. I explained to who I believe is the owner that my fingers got pretty beat up and she didn’t seem concerned at all. It’s unfortunate because it’s a cute, clean spot and convenient booking online but I won’t be back. Thankful I have Bactine at home."

"My daughter and I are visiting the area and we decided to get a pedicure. I called at 10am on a Wednesday and they were able to get us in at 11am. Both ladies were very nice and talked with us the whole time. They did an excellent job on both our pedicures, the place was clean and sunny, and they had a good selection of colors in gel, powder and regular polish. Very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend!"

"Me and my mom are visiting from Vermont, and we figured we'd try to get a pedicure done. We were able to get an appointment easily, and it was a wonderful experience. I was especially nervous because I have chronic ingrown toenails, but Diane gave wonderful advice, and gave me tips on my big toes to encourage nail growth without them breaking off. Thanks to Diane, I'm able to look at my feet and feel normal for the first time in years. They were also very kind, and kept conversation going throughout our appointment. Next time we visit the area, we'll be sure to stop by!"

"My mom and I went to Lavish nails for the first time. The spa pedicure was good! My mother had dip gel on her nails when it was time for the nail tech to do her nails he never wrapped her nails to remove the old dip and when my mom asked why he said, “because each time you do that your nail underneath gets thinner, and since you are doing a similar color we just go over it.” Since both my mom and I are not professionals in nails we believed that but then speaking to my sister who went days before she said they always take her dip gel off by wrapping them in tin foil. My mom did a red the technician never let my mom wash her hands he finished her up and her hands were stained with dip color i will attach the photos. As a business owner myself i can say this was poor customer service and i recommend no one to go here."
