"i liked this place but my past 2 times in the last month left me unsatisfied , my nails at first just didn’t like them honestly but the second time they were just messy looking , i asked for it to be sharp and square and i kept telling her it was a little messy but the more she tried to fix it the more black nail polish would go everywhere. there was a point they were laughing and pointing at my nails which made me uncomfortable ."

"I never write bad reviews like this, but I had such an unpleasant experience I felt the need to. I’ve been wanting to come out to this salon for a while since it’s 5 minutes away from my house. The usual salon I go to is closed on Monday and Tuesday and I needed to get my nails done for a work conference this week. I called for an appointment and was looking forward to relaxing before a stressful week. Little did I know that it would be nothing but relaxing. When I arrived, I was told by a customer to be patient because they were short staffed. I felt patronized but I brushed it off because I didn’t have anywhere to be. The male technician came over to me and said he would wrap my nails for me and he did a really wonderful job. I was extremely impressed, and that made me excited because I thought he would be the one giving me the manicure. Alas, that was not the case. I had to wait for 20 minutes a woman to finish working on another customer’s nails. When she was done, she started filing my nails and was moving very fast and I was getting nervous she was going to file my skin. When the cuticle scissors came out, I knew I was done for. She cut me so badly that I was bleeding for the rest of the appointment. She didn’t do anything to stop the bleeding until I said something to her about the blood. She rushed the entire appointment even though there were no other customers waiting in line after me and she did not seem concerned at all about cutting me. I am so appalled. I did not want to tip her but I have too much catholic guilt not to. From far away my nails look good but if you look closely you can see the blood and irritation. I’m really disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless there are major changes made to the staff and how they treat their customers. I should not have been charged for having to sit there and be pricked and prodded."
