"POC BEWARE! wow…imagine scheduling an Appt and being greeted by a male who talks to you like the garbage man. Then surrounded by technicians who loudly talk about you smelling like marijuana and then cackling like I am a drug feen. I pity those who judge and can’t just mind their business. I was surprised by all the staff sitting on the massage chairs and watching videos on their phone (made sense why I was the only customer). At the end I asked to Venmo for tip and receive another jab “Ven-mo” as if the way I articulate is incorrect and I thought it was funny the staff cared more about the tip than the charging my credit card at the end. And yes, I am black and have a nose piercing. But I am an IT lab engineer who wanted to mani/pedi and weed is legal. I tipped $10 (you’re welcome) “thank you for” and I’m expecting a call-back as I promptly wait for the apology, thanks!"

"This was THE worst experience I have had at a nail salon ever. I paid $105 without tip for acrylic nails and pedicure. The guy was so pushy on selling me, he tried to force me into gel polish on my toes, which I told him multiple times no. Then I think charged me for a spa pedicure which was not relaxing and didn't include a massage of any sort he just ripped open packets of product, and told me I was getting a "spa pedicure" didn't ask and I didn't feel I had a choice in the matter because there was quite a language barrier so I didn't realize what was happening until it was too late. he didn't even provide an itemized receipt at the end, so i have no idea what the cost of each service was . The worst part was it felt like I overpaid just to be tortured for an hour and 15 minutes. Look at the pics! he cut me so badly on almost every finger. I kept pulling away and saying ouch, but he just laughed and giggled every time I did it. Not sure how this was funny. My nails and toes still hurt 2 days later. And they look awuful, they are not even, the shape on the top is indented, you can see little bubbles on the nail beds. I came here on a work trip so i am fortunate to never have to go here again but Do not go to this place. Save your wallet and heartache. What a nightmare."

"This was my first time going here and I was really disappointed. I wanted a full set of acrylics and I am just overall not happy with how they turned out. They charged $5 extra for coffin shape, and $5 extra for a longer length. Overall the shape of my nails is very inconsistent. They’re also incredibly thick and lumpy on the underside of the nail. The nail is also very curved when looking at it from the side. My tech also cut the cuticle with the drill on both thumbs and they’ve been irritated and painful since. Also, less than a week after I got them done one nail broke and another cracked. I tried to explain to the tech what I wanted, but she just was not taking the proper time. I also reached out via email to let them know, about the cracks and cuts but received no response back which is why I’m reviewing here. I’m pretty bummed out."
