"Thais is right after my appointment. They did such a bad job, when I asked them to redo one of my fingers (because they mess up) it became even worse. I had to getting them all off right after, this is how bad it was."

"Very unwelcoming environment: If you want a good price, 40$, this one will work out. But, the problem is how they assist you. No welcoming, no conversation to at least make you feel like it's worth coming there, and just their language, they assume you don't understand, they are rude enough to judge the color you choose and think you won't understand their language. Plus, they look like they just want to go home. I don't blame them, but customer service is what counts the most, it's part of business."

"I booked my appointment for 11AM got there at 10:45. Waited a whole hour just for the lady to cut my big toe with the nail drill. Then the owner did a horrible job with my nails. They look like something a beginner nail tech could have done. The cuticles do not look nice. The acrylics weren’t blended well like ombré is supposed to be. He did a subpar below below below average job for someone who has had this store for years. What I wanted vs. what I got."
