"myself and my two cousins scheduled appointments for 9:45a, 2 full sets and 1 pedicure. We got there at 9:44a and there were 3 ladies which you would think would be perfect since we scheduled 3 appointments, wrong! they took 3 walk-ins ahead of us leaving us sitting there. at 10:30a another lady walks in with an appointment for a pedicure and they immediately got her chair ready and seated her and at the point I was just over it so we walked out. I’ve went here off and on for the last 10yrs if not longer and I’ve never had this problem here. The ladies have always been amazing but as a person that works in customer service, not acceptable. They didn’t even communicate that they were running late but even still, they said 9:45a was the first appointment because that’s when they opened yet we sat there 45mins after our appointment time still not seated."
