"i’ve been going to jason at this location for almost 2 years now and every time i come in, it’s a great experience from start to finish. I get dip and a gel design on my natural nails once a month and my nails don’t chip or break between visits. Every design I’ve asked for, he goes above and beyond, and the entire team is extremely friendly and kind. this has been my favorite nail salon ever and i highly recommend going to Jason for anyone who wants a fun design."

"Won’t be going back. I wanted black sparkly nail polish. I chose one that looked black on the swatch. When the nail tech opened the dip color, it looked brown. I said I wanted to choose another color because it looked more brown than black. The nail tech next to her said “once it’s done it will be black!” So I said okay. After the nails were done, my nails were not black, but brown. I said I didn’t really like it when they asked because as I said I wanted black and not brown. Then the same nail tech that said the color would be black when done said, “oh yeah, no it’s brown, I said it would be brown”. Like what?! So first she lied and said it would be black when it was done, and then she lied a second time saying that’s what she said the first time. I wouldn’t have kept the color if it was going to be brown. I said about 5 times I didn’t want brown. They also use the electric file to save time versus just letting your nails naturally soak. Using the electric file speeds things up for them, but takes layers off the natural nail making them thin and brittle. Don’t EVER let someone do this to your nails to save time. I got the nails done on Thursday. I haven’t done anything much with my hands, and the nails are already chipping, and the polish doesn’t even go all the way to my cuticles."

He puts so much attention to detail and will always ensure that you’re happy with your nails. I’d highly recommend him to anyone who loves fun, creative, and unique nail art. "Front desk receptionist is really friendly but the dipping powder here by Ashly was not recommended. This is the very first time that my nail chipped from tip after had dipping powder done. Usually, I have my manicure done once a month and rarely have any chipped. Not sure if the powder didn’t placed properly, but I remembered she completed the whole process within 30 minutes which was too fast from I experienced before. Also she cut the side of the nails too much and first few days after this my nails were in pain. Would definitely not return here again for dipping powder. Extremely disappointed at it."

"I had a horrible experience at this location. I went for a gel manicure and pedicure. First the woman doing my toes did not know how to do the job and someone else had to constantly come and fix the work. When she was taking off the gel she dumped acetone all over my feet and used one long foil and cotton. My feet were burning from the acetone in my skin. The woman doing my nails messed them up really bad and was extremely rude. One nail didn’t dry properly and was ruined and she just shaved the nail polish down and put a top coat over it. The rest of the nails were not even covered with nail polish and I was left with bumps and empty spots on the nail polish. I felt humiliated by the way the staff addressed me. The treatment and service provided were extremely bad. I would not recommend anyone coming here ever. I was charged $83 after a horrible experience."
