"I’ve been here before and really liked the nails I got. However, today I had a different nail tech who did a horrible job. I asked for a Gel X fill since I already had a set on my nails and instead she took all my nails off and redid them and then charged me for a full set. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and said “is this something you can do” and she said yes. Then she did a different color than I asked for, shaped the nails wrong, and did a horrible job with the design. I am literally going to have to get my nails fixed somewhere else because they are so ugly after I was already overcharged for what I got. Unfortunate experience because I know some of the other nail techs here do a great job."

"This is my second time getting my nails done here I was happy the first time but today I didn’t leave happy. First of all when she was done she didn’t massage my hand she literally just put to lotion on was like okay you’re done (and when you pay 50 for a gel refill you expect massage) didn’t even put the oil on like they do in every place I go to get my nails done. When I asked her about the oil and she was like we don’t usually do that. As someone who’s been getting her nails done for years I know they put oil on your nail when they are done. On top of that my nails don’t shine at all overall very unhappy with my experience (I still left tip even tho I was unhappy). Literally 5 min after getting it done the gel nail polish is coming out"

"Assembly Nail Bar is the absolute BEST! They are professional, capable, and super friendly. I am a designer and have very high standards/am very detail-oriented, and my nails are perfect every single time! I have been a regular customer since they opened and I have seen some customers try to take advantage of the staff by demanding free services (typically in the form of a "fix" of a manicure that is a month or more old). Super unfortunate, since these are truly good people who provide top notch service. Negative reviews are usually accompanied by photos that don't show the bottom of the nail (where it has clearly grown out due to the time passed). I have also witnessed people like this walking out without tipping, every single time. Not cool, and the people who work there deserve better! Don't let the few "bad eggs" fool you, this place is truly the best. Give them a try! You will not be disappointed (unless you are one of the people described above)!"

"Get my nails here all the time but the last time my person was changed midway because I guess my nail tech needed to go do eyelashes, I got my same regular dip manicure and the day after all of my natural long nails I’ve worked so long to grow we’re breaking and the dip was chipping off doing simple household things I’ve always done. This has never happened to me before! Salon refused to do anything accept let me pay for a new manicure!"

"The truth be said, clean and well decorated place. Friendly staff, lousy service awful job on pedicure even more on full service that lasted one week. Way over-priced."
