"Last weekend I came in to get a set of acrylics, the nail tech seemed aggravated by this request and rushed through my nails and in my option did an awful job leaving my natural nail exposed and the acrylics looking awful the polish she did also looks incredibly messy and rushed I’m very disappointed by the service I received."

"I called ahead to make sure they could take me at a certain time. I still waited 35mins. The manicure felt rushed and the gel polish started peeling withing 3 days. I've been doing gel manicures elsewhere and its always lasted 2 wks. Not a happy customer."

I was cut badly and had to tell the technician 3 times to ‘soak my nails to remove’ after the 3rd request, ripping my nail bed and me being sharp, I finally said if you don’t soak my nails I will have to go somewhere else. The cherry on top was charging me 2x what was posted on her price list…. Avoid at all costs."

"Clean, affordable, friendly and they do a nice job with my nails. The gels last for weeks without flaws. This is my go-to place for nails in Plaistow.
