"Staff was rude from the very first moment I walked in, I was sent to the back to wash my hands. First time walking into this place, was charge $30 for color change on acrylic nail polish, website says $25. Walked out of there paying $35 just for a color change, no design. Not to mention that the guy that painted my nails was not happy about the $5 cash tip. Not coming back to this place again."

"I was sat immediately and the guy at the front desk was super nice, I think is about all I liked. The lady doing my pedicure continuously said how long my toenails were, and I cannot even count how many times she asked if I wanted to do something other than a classic pedicure and asked why I wasn’t getting a manicure. She continues to do my pedicure and then asks why no gel. I said no thanks and she proceeds to continue on. How is this suppose to be relaxing? She also missed the whole side of each big toe with the nail polish. I was in and out in 20 minutes! It was completely rushed! So when she finished I sat in the chair just waiting for them to dry, but she expected me to just leave as soon as she was done… she still got a 20% tip that she did not deserve especially after me thanking her and no response back! I haven’t even looked at the rest of the pedicure, at least my long toenails were cut smh"
