"WORST PEDICURE EXPERIENCE! The lady tried hand filing off all the gel polish off my toes, was super rough, very rushed, and worst of all RUINED my toe nails. (Mind you this was a $100 spa pedicure) When I asked her why she wasn’t removing the gel polish with acetone and foil she became combative. One of my toe nails started hurting, I then realized it’s bc she filed off basically half my toe nail so thin it was on the verge of bleeding. She tried calling her manager who took her sweet time coming over and at that point I was at my limit. A nice lady across the street at Nail Expressions finished my pedicure. I will never step foot in that awful place again."

"Recommended this place by a friend, and I so wanted it to be good but genuinely have never been so disappointed in a pedicure. I got there at 4:35, and was in the dry chair by 4:55. No cuticle cut, barely a massage - that was timed with a beeper….., I asked them to cut my ingrown toenail which they did not repeatedly after I said it still hurt. Once she moved me after 15 min from the pedicure chair to the chair she immediately asks for payment. I would give 0 stars if I could. Save your $35 and go somewhere else that will actually take care of you. $35 for 20 min felt like a scam to me."

"I called to make an appointment this past Sunday at 9:30 AM, I didn't realize they opened at 10 and I had a packed day, I would have been able to take a 10 AM appointment, just would have needed to plan my day better. Unfortunately I didn't realize they did not open until I got there and was at the doors, as I was wondering what I should do, two people, a woman and a man opened the store and asked if I needed anything. I explained the predicament I found myself, and they waved me right in and gave me a gel manicure. Julie was QUICK and ATTENTIVE! I adore how they came out even though my request was very simple. I could tell the skill and care that went into them and I am extremely grateful for the excellent service received despite my timing blunder! I have been coming here since opening with my mother and sisters and have had no issues ever, just excellent and attentive service. I cannot wait to go back :)"
