"Just okay. 3 stars for the cleanliness, color selection, and atmosphere. I waited a long time to make the appointment for later on in the day. Then the person I was assigned, I hate to complain.. was obviously new. And while everything came out okay in the end the pedicure service took 1.5 hours. Lots of erasing and not a lot of confidence. Also I got home and polish was on my ankle!!! I understand fully you have to learn somehow but they didn't inform me and it was expensive. I can't treat myself all the time so it was a bit frustrating. Even the tech next to me kept looking over at the erasing and retouching on every layer. I appreciate the eye for detail and just wish I had been informed or given an option. They had plenty of appointment slots available. I just... for the price compared to going to a local salon, I expect better. Most likely won't return or will make sure to ask for someone else."

"I went on a busy Saturday with my sister (pre booked online) and it took a little while to sit us together for manicures. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My sister got a fantastic manicure from Chang (I hope I’m spelling that correctly). I received a manicure from Justin. He forgot to paint my pinky nail a third time so it didn’t match the others but that was quickly fixed. However, he painted so far away from my cuticle that my nails already look grown out and it’s been barely four days. And my nail shape wasn’t great and one already chipped. I’m not hard on my nails either. Loved the place but wish my nails didn’t look grown out so soon after the manicure."

"I wouldn’t recommend this place; my overall experience was lackluster, then my mani chipped less than 10 hours after! My cuticles weren’t cut/shaped, and my pedi was just sloppy (plus she didn’t really massage my feet). For an $80 mani/pedi I expect better. Won’t be back."
