Nina Nails Spa

"Literally just left there about 45 minutes ago after getting a pedicure there. This isn’t my first time there and the woman who did my feet today was the same person who did them last time, but last time she was great and my pedicure came out perfect. Today however was a different story, she cut the heel of my foot with the metal scraper tool, I don’t know if she wasn’t paying attention but she was pretty aggressive with it today and my heels don’t have anything to really use that tool for. Needless to say she cut me and I have a pretty decent gash there from it. I don’t know if she realized she did it right away and tried to pretend it don’t happen but the bleeding wouldn’t stop so then she had to put something on it. Then to top it off the pedicure came out very mediocre, not the same work she’s done previously. Not sure if she was having an off morning or what but the cut on my heel is enough to not go back."

"I went to this nail salon totally by default, I was going to another nail salon but the wait was going to be over an hour I called Nina for a walk in, I was pleasantly surprised I haven’t been back to my old nail salon since, and I had been a customer for years. Polish last best pedicure I’ve had. Well unfortunately I have to give Nina a bad review when I previously went there it wasn’t a long wait and I unfortunately lumped that in with service, since there is a language barrier it’s hard to explain that you’re using old polish and you’ve cut my toes, and the lady sitting next to me was trying to explain that she’s a diabetic and couldn’t have any cuts well she cut her anyway and to say the least she has to leave, I even tried to intervene but the language barrier again became a problem, I left with three cuts and old polish. I’ll be looking elsewhere where I’ll keep y’all informed."

"DO NOT GO HERE. It's dirty! I came On Sunday and ended up with oval shaped nails when i asked For square. And a pedicure that. My feet do not look like i just Got a pedicure and the next day a nail broke. I called Wednesday and was told to come in. When i get There they sent me away saying no one was there to do my nails. I come Back Thursday and had a woman who seemed pissed to be there grabbing my hands pulling etc (you know what I'm talking about if you get your nails done) then they tried to charge me for the nail they filled that broke a day after! And still my nails look like they were painted by a 5 year old."

"This was my first time at this salon.They did a good pedicure just right no cuts or bleeding. My full set came out really good. I really love my nails. I will return and definitely recommend."
