New Nail and Spa

"I went to get French tips on my nails and pedicure on 12/14/23 because have my maternity shoot coming up. This was at 5:30pm. I got my nails done by the owner in the first chair and feet done by a lovely lady. My pedicure came out great but my nails looks horrible. Not only did he only put 1 code or clear pink and one coat of white when I asked for two; He barely finished my nails before he left and started cleaning and preparing to go home. My nails turned out horrible. It is see through and looks like I have my nails one for one week rather than one day. I voiced that I didn’t not like that and he dismissed me as he already had his coat on walking out the door. He was also speaking about me and laughing to his coworkers and pointing to me. I called and asked to have my nails redone and he said I would have to pay again for a color change even after explaining how important this was to me.He had no customer service and as the owner that’s very pathetic that he treats paying customers this way. I will never return to his shop based on how he handled the situation, I would advise NOT giving your money to a business that does not care about black dollars or quality."

But the lady that she did Pedi for me was really aggressive she let me bleed and I left with bandage on my both feet she did not even say sorry I’m not going back again even for free . I paid as a full service BUT NEVER GOING TO DO IT AGAIN"

"Been coming here for years. More than once have I been skipped after waiting for hours to be seen . I’ve brought my whole family to get their nails done too. I’ve been respectful if you want to be seen first you have to be ghetto and loud that seems to make it work. Never again finding a new nail tech. It’s truly sad and disgusting how loyal customers are treated"

"This place is horrible I just was there the guy wants to charge me 30.00 for a refill. So I asked how much is the fullest he said 50.00. And that was a lie it’s only 35.00. So asked him why is he over charging me. His answer was his rent is high. What does that have to do with me. It’s freezing cold he said the heat isn’t working. Which isn’t true. He just being cheap. Please don’t go there not good people. Theirs a women in there that speaks English very well. She had the biggest attitude smart mouth. It’s not a clean place at all."

"First time coming here and it was horrible. I had a gel mani/pedi. The pedi was fine, the manicure was torture. The tech seemed nervous and new. She filed my natural nails so thin that two days later, two of them chipped. I went back to have them repaired and the tech vaguely suggested I did this to my nails! I shot her a look that I'm sure she'll never forget. Not only that my fingers were in pain from the cuticle clean up, the side of my thumb is still bleeding 5 days later. Save your money ladies, its not worth the headache and infection."
