"Initially got my nails done on 6/21 and didn’t like the outcome. I left a message and the owner reached out and apologized for my experience and told me to come back and she will do it over and make sure it is nice. I went back on 6/22 and began the soak to take the dip and extensions off. While it is soaking she tells me to move my seat back to the one that had initially did a horrible job. She goes on to tell me that it was the dip that made it lumpy and we would do a gel paint instead…long story short this job was equally as bad. I don’t understand why the same person was the one to do it over when she did such a bad job in the first place . I will not return."

"Paid $50 for the worst dip manicure I've ever had. Overlapped my cuticles and was extreamly thick and uneven. Non of my nails were the same length of shape. Literally made my hand look deformed. I had to make another appointment the very next day somewhere else to fix the problem. See last photo of a proper dip should look like."
