"Super unprofessional walked in to do shellac nails, woman that sits in the front told me to pick my color and wait, she was finishing up a gentleman’s manicure waited over 30 minutes for her to take another client before me and told me that the other woman would take me. There was three other customers and neither of the nail technicians were close to being done it would be good if you communicate with your customers how long of a wait there would be and that she only takes “appointments”. I was a JP resident for many years and this nail salon was one of the best ones on centre street, but new ownership sucks! Be courteous of people’s time-and don’t choose certain customers over others. I’m all for being patient especially on a Friday but please communicate these things, customer service is everything and I think people forget that."

"Been going there for about 2 1/2 years, every two weeks of course, recently I had a bad experience with the owner and I really saw how they didn’t value their loyal customers, I was waiting from 11a until 2p to had someone take me, just because my original nail tech wasn’t there, even customers that had came after me were getting attended before me.. I’m a dip powder girl & they don’t have much color choices. I really liked my nail tech which she was amazing “chair #2” but how the owner handled me as a loyal customer I didn’t like it. Last time going there."
