"I had an appointment for a facial. The technician was 25 mins late, she brought me in and didn’t steam me longer enough and I don’t feel she asked enough questions about my skin. She came in did the facial. I have had many facials but unfortunately due to the extreme pressure of the extraction process I was left with several scars on my face even now after a few weeks I have deep scarring on my face. I called to inform them to see if the spa would offer any solution or something. Nothing- I am disappointed and upset that still after several weeks I have dark scars on my face. The service is not cheap and to have this happen is disappointing."

"Nice, clean spa in Milton, MA. They have all the things a lady can want or need in a spa. They book fast, so call in advance. I get my nails done (they don't do designs or acrylics, but they are good), and I get full body massages. I'm gonna try a facial next. Staff is great and friendly. I highly recommend it."
