"Got a gel mani & regular pedi here after getting a gift card. Two finger nails were bleeding by the end of the mani. My big toe was bleeding during the pedicure for about 15 minutes and they just kept dunking it back into the tub. 3 days later and my toenail is infected, swollen and very sore. And two of my finger nails have already chipped Stay away. The owner was nice and all but just not a good mani/pedi."
"The owners are the ones attending here, but she doesn’t speak English. I told her that I didn’t want the hot stones in my skin and she didn’t care, and when the guy goes out to smoke is impossible to communicate with her. He is super aggressive with her. And BTW, the pedicure wasn’t good."
"Zoe’s nail salon has completely transformed my nails. This is not the salon to go to for a cookie cutter, quick manicure. Dan takes immense care in your nails and nail health and has the best attention to detail. I have been going here consistently for 9 months and my cuticles are perfect and my nails are growing so healthy and straight. People compliment me and constantly ask where I’m going. I’ve never been able to grow long nails before and now I get dip and they last for 3 weeks and grow without breaking. Lily is so kind and delicate. I get pedicures and my eyebrows done with her and she is amazing. They truly make you feel like family and although it is more time consuming than another salon, the results are so worth it!!"
"I wholeheartedly adore the staff at Zoe’s nails - it’s an easy going, friendly atmosphere every time! I entered the shop with extremely damaged cuticles and they transformed them in just three visits. Also wanted to note Zoe does a pristine job waxing eyebrows! Thank you very much Zoe and Dan!"
"I called the salon and asked if my friend and I could come in for acrylics in 10 minutes. The owner said yes so we immediately went over. We wanted to get pedicures as well, which they agreed to do. Upon arrival, all employees were friendly and gave us the nail colors to choose from. While my friend waited about 5 minutes before getting a pedi, I unfortunately waited for nearly 40 minutes for acrylics because he was still working on another client. We wouldn’t even have come if we knew we had to wait that long, because it was the morning of my graduation! Once he was finished with the customer (whom he was extremely friendly and chatty with) he told me to sit down to do the acrylics. At this point, I only had 30 minutes before I had to leave for the ceremony, so I told him that we don’t have time for acrylics, and instead just wanted gel. He looked frustrated and told me he’d try his best with gel. While he was cleaning my nails, he didn’t say a word to me except ask what nail shape I wanted. I felt unwelcome and that it was my fault for wanting to get gel instead. It seemed like my treatment was a lot different than the one he gave to his other customer. He was friendly to my friend and chatted with her, but not to me which I didn’t really understand. Then another employee painted my nails, which took about 10 minutes. The nails were painted on ok, although one nail needed to be cleaned up and there was a piece of fuzz that the employee left on and painted over. Afterwards, he apologized for the long wait time, saying that his previous client was 15 minutes late so he thought her appointment was later on in the day. He also told us to take some snacks before leaving. While I appreciated his apology (which is why I rate this place 2 stars instead of 1), I hope that they don’t repeat this mistake- I wouldn’t want this to happen to another customer. I also hope that they treat all their customers the same going forward. Sadly, due to this poor experience, I will not be returning."
