Lovely Nails

"Been here a few times and always have a great experience. probably one of the most thorough pedicures I’ve had in a while and my manicure is always very meticulously don’t. highly recommend"

"1. I told the nail tech several times that lint was getting stuck to my nails during my gel manicure. Lint underneath polish is hideous. She ignored me and kept pushing my hands aggressively under the led lamp. I asked her to please stop doing this several times. 2. Idk if it’s the language barrier but anytime I tried to express how I felt about my nails or the lint, I was interrupted. I was not allowed to speak or finish any of my sentences. I got angry. I asked for someone else to re-do my nails. 3. Person who re-did my nails did not Leave any lint but she did not do a good job. The polish was bumpy and not smooth at all. There is polish underneath my nail. 4. I was charged 14 dollars (7 dollars each nail) for a basic design. Please see photos for reference."

"Leanne the owner is great always accommodating, the place is very clean organized, great staff, and wonderful array of colors for dip, gel beautiful polishes, and willing to get a color they don't have."

"I used to really love this place, however, I was taken aback when I was over charged on an acrylic fill because it was a while since I had had my last fill. I've always tipped extremely well. I will be looking for another nail salon. I feel that I have been taken advantage of."
