"Called last Thurs AM to make an appt for my mom and I to get pedicures that Sunday. When we arrived for our appointment, the man working there (the co-owner, I later learned) claimed that I had made the appointment for Saturday and did not allow room at all for the possibility that the error was on his part, which it was, because when I called it was specifically to ask whether they were open on Sundays. He was the one who answered the phone and said that, yes, they were open Sundays..if my initial intention was to make a Sunday appt provided they were open on Sundays, why would I then say I wanted to book an appt for Saturday? Honestly it's not the mistake we minded as much as the complete lack of accountability and professionalism. He only looked up once from the lady's nails that he was working on, told us I had made the appointment for the day before and then acted as if we weren't even standing there. Not to be a broken record, but if the appt was truly for the day before, wouldn't they have called and asked if we were still coming when we no-showed? Also, there was another employee there just hanging out when we arrived; why could she not have done at least 1 pedicure if she wasn't even busy? Not worth the rudeness and hassle. Too bad, as the salon is very convenient to my mom's home and she had been a faithful customer for the past year or so.."
