"Just hired John from Pumpernickel Puppets for my child's Birthday party and he did not disappoint! All 27 kids (ages 2-11) were totally engaged with the magical and creative show along with most of the parents too! John had the crowd cracking up! "Would give zero stars if I could. My children and I attended a show. At the end of the show he brought out a puppet and was interacting with kids. My son who is 8 pre tended to hit the puppet. Never actually hitting the puppet and this man scolded my son with so much anger he scared him and made him cry. After the show I told him I expected him to apologize to my son and he said he would if my son apologized to him. He’s talking about an 8 year old who didn’t even touch his puppet. So immature and extremely unprofessional. My son even said “I thought he was supposed to be good with kids.” Would never recommend. No one should speak to a child the way he did. He ruined our night."
