"My teenage daughter went for a dip with French tips and was given a full set of acrylic nails instead. She repeatedly stated that she wanted dip with tips as they continued to put on acrylics. To make matters worse, her nails are thick, lumpy and misshapen. When I called to complain I was told that there are multiple ways to dip. I have had dip done dozens of times and never had what she referred to as “acrylic liquid dip.” It is actually called dip powder for a reason. Rather than apologizing and owning the mistake, the woman on the phone chose to lie to me about what they had actually done and blame my daughter for what happened. I cannot believe that this place has remained in business. I don’t know what is worse- their lack of ability to perform satisfactory manicures or the utter lack of any semblance of customer service. If I could give this nail salon zero stars, it would still be too many. Contrary to what your response indicates, I never screemed at you, merely expressed my concern and overall dissatisfaction with the way you disregarded what my child asked for. My daughter gave a very specific request for dip powder with French tips. She repeated this as the tech began doing acrylics. She gave a 20% tip because she is the sweetest, best girl. However, she neither left happy nor satisfied and called me crying from the parking lot. Do not tell me how my daughter felt. I did refuse your offer to redo the nails, as the work was so poor that we have no reason to believe that your technicians are capable of performing a better service. I have never left a review of any salon ever, but this was by far the worst nail job and customer service we have ever experienced. I have already paid to have the nails taken off and redone at another salon and even they could not believe how bad they were."

"I had a great pedicure by Hannah. She did an excellent job. I haven’t had a pedicure in months. Everyone is very friendly. Clean and tidy place. I did a Sunday walk-in and was taken right away.The owner is so nice and accommodating. My new and permanent Nail Salon."

"I came in on a Thursday and the receptionist was able to get me an appointment to save my nails! I got a pretty bad set done at another salon and I needed to get my nails done before a wedding on Sunday. My nail tech was Wendy and she was fantastic! She took care of my nails and fixed them up (see photo below). Would definitely recommend coming here for your nails!!! The place is clean and the service is 10/10"

"This is not it. From what I wanted and showing her the picture this is totally ugly and does not do the job. Should I stick to a MKA up the street. Even though they’re really expensive at least I know they do exactly what I want. I need a full refund got it fixed at MKA."
