REACH NAILS AND SPA(fairhaven)

"I asked for a light pink french tip with a deep pink base and they refused to paint them like that and told me that they dont have those colors available. The girl that was doing my nails got upset with me because I was particular on MY NAILS and so she asked someone else to finish them for me. How rude???? This was my 5th time going and although they give me a hard time with what I want there was one lady that semi did my nails how I liked but now I will not be returning ever again."

"I do not recommend going here. I booked an appointment for 2 dip manicures and 2 gel pedicures. They have a horrible system to check in and no one gives you any direction as to where to pick your color or sit while waiting. They also don’t keep track of who that’s waiting has appointments or who was there first. They are not very friendly and seem like they’re in a rush to get to the next client. I had a few broken nails when it came to my manicure and asked if they could just put tips on those nails to match the rest. The nail tech proceeded to cut off all my natural nails and when u asked her to stop she said the only way she could put tips on those if if she cut my nails off and the rest got tips. I was extremely frustrated as I’ve worked very hard to grow my natural nails. They are also not as clean as I would’ve liked. Overall unhappy with the services I received."

"I love Reach Nails in Fairhaven. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and they provide excellent service. I love the massages that are a part of the mani pedis. This is my favorite place in the area to get a pedicure and I love coming here. They make it such a positive experience and so relaxing as well. I highly recommend checking it out!"

"I just a gel removal and regular manicure done. Lots of colors to choose from. While they didn’t come out too bad I have had better from someplace located in Swansea. I did pay extra for glue to be added to try and fix a broken mail but it only lasted a few days before it broke off. I didn’t feel rushed like other reviews have mentioned."
