"My nails look like I let a 4 yo paint them! Just an awful experience from start to finish. Having gel removed should not be painful...she scraped my skin with the rougher side of a file and then scraped my skin again with instrument to get the gel off. Her name is Maria, maybe the others are better but she needs to find a new career. Sloppy work, polish all over the sides and bumpy with bubbles. Terrible coverage with the top coat, not that it matters at this point. Good thing there are 20 other salons in mile radius."
