"Waste of money. They rushed us out the door 15 minutes before closing (we were the only ones there) with pedicures that hadn’t dried yet. They told us to leave in the flip flops while it was pouring rain outside! Needless to say the pedicures were ruined by the time we walked to our cars."

"I’m not one for bad reviews, as I know what it can do to a small business unless truly a bad experience is given. But this was my second time (I had a manicure the first time, I came back due to having a gift card) and was hoping my second visit was a better experience. It was $29 for a basic pedicure. I was in there for less than 25 minutes, 8 of those minutes were spent under the dryer for my toes. There was hardly any cuticle work, a quick massage, no clear bottom or top coat were done. And no detail was given to the painting of my toes (note some paint on my skin). My original nail tech got up and walked into the bathroom after the massage without saying a word, thankfully someone else came over to paint my toes and complete my pedicure. I also very much dislike being pressured into getting the “shine” polish or gel (always a $ upgrade) or asking if I’m staying for a manicure as well despite them knowing I only had an appointment for a pedicure. I will unfortunately not be back nor recommending them."

"I don't recommend this place. I went to get my nails done today, the staff was very unfriendly.. They don't even say hi. The lady was in rush because someone else was waiting, she literally hurt me at least three times. Everybody gets tired of work, but no one deserves such an attitude! There don’t precaution about coronavirus at all, Everyone is very close to each other, there was no towel to put my hands on while they do their job(?)! That was the first time I didn’t tip someone. It was that horrible. Never ever again.."

"Nail It is my favorite place to get my manicure, pedicure. After a busy day of walking through houses with the Buyer Clients, there is nothing like getting to relax at Nail It."
