"The worst dip manicure with tips I’ve ever gotten! The woman was very rushed and sloppy. I had to ask her to fix the shape multiple times, and when I did ask she let out a big sigh and clearly became frustrated with me. I had never had a dip manicure done so fast, and she was so rushed that she would literally slap my wrists to get the powder off as fast as possible. There was no filing down or fixing the shape with the drill once the dip was on, and I was left with a very sloppy and messy manicure. My nails were lumpy and the shape was so uneven. I payed full price for a half finished manicure and then she had the audacity to ask me how much I tipped. 3 days after getting this manicure my nails started to pop off while I did basic household chores. The nails did not stay at all!! Quite literally the worst manicure and experience ever. And the salon is very disorganized, I watched them turn away multiple people who had made appointments because they were somehow too busy. There are so many places in Wellesley where you can get better dip manicures, and often for a cheaper price and way more friendly service"

"This was the most unexpected and fabulous experience. The hot lotion glove was so luxurious in itself and then topped off with an upper back rub. Nails lasted the longest I ever have had them last without chipping. Super organized scene. Going back today!"

"I received a gift certificate for this place and decided to try it out. My daughter and I booked appointments for manicures and pedicures online the day before. We were both emailed confirmations. When we got to the salon, they only had my daughter. They still took me, but I felt like the service was rushed because they had other customers. We had to wait, but not too long. The girl that did my mani pedi was pleasant, but it is the worst job I've ever had. It was rushed, sloppy, and they weren't even going to do the paraffin treatment until my daughter said something. Also, the girl did not even scrub my feet to smooth them. That's a basic part of the pedicure. She also did not get all of the old polish off of my toenails, but did manage to leave it all over my skin. When I spoke to the manager, she said she would take the old polish off of my skin, but I left saying that I would need a whole new pedicure to make me happy. I will never go there again.
