"I have been going here for the last few months doing my dip. The team is always very pleasant and easy to work with and always trying their best to fit me in with their busy schedules. I usually go back every 3-3.5 weeks to fill one or 2 dips. All employees are very talented which is really nice so you don’t feel like just to work with one person. You won’t regret ~"

"The lady doing my nails did not listen to what i asked for at all. She made my nails incredibly short after I specifically told her not to. Should not have switched from my normal place and this is a perfect example of why."

"clean, friendly spa experience all employees are awesome technicians, and Brian has a very steady hand for detail work. The front desk staff are always so helpful and accommodating. The massages are very soothing, and the atmosphere is relaxing and clean."

"The past 3 times I've been here I have had very negative experiences. From being told to show proof of tipping ( I venmoed and the person demanded to see I sent the venmo before I left), to having the employees blatantly talk negatively about me in front of my face to each other...Then today the woman doing my pedicure ROLLED HER EYES at me when I asked to see a different red color... I'm sick of being disrespected every single time I go into this salon. The manicures and pedicures never last long either and the pedicure I received today was rushed/half as*ed. I will not be back. Also - the signs stating a mandatory 20% tip are wild....I tip a minimum of 20% no matter where I go, but posting signs demanding customers to do so is beyond unprofessional. Disgusting behavior at this establishment."

"Not usually one to leave negative reviews, however my experience was so awful I felt like I had to. I took my 6 year old niece to get our nails done together. I was happy to wait a bit to be served because we were just excited to be there. It was suppose to be a fun day. They did my niece’s mani pedi in 10 mins and completely rushed it before starting me — making my 6 year old niece forced to wait by herself for my entire appointment. I’ve never felt so unwanted and uncomfortable in a salon. I stopped coming to Posh because they were always pushy. But I wanted to give the new ownership a chance. The woman in charge starting like yelling at me asking what I want and I told her I didn’t want my niece to wait a long time by herself and since they are so busy I can just do a pedicure I don’t mind skipping a full set. Then said she no it’s fine we can do it — so i thought ok great. I said wanted a full set with regular nail polish (I stopped getting my nails done all together because I hate getting up charged and feel like i cant say no) and she was like there is no “regular” full set what do you want MANICURE, GEL? This was loudly yelled in front of the entire salon. I didn’t want to upset my niece otherwise I would have walked out. But public humiliation is just 1 of the reasons I will never recommend or return. The guy who did my nails was rude, sneezing on me, and refused to listen to want I wanted. He asked what kind of design or picture of something I wanted. I told him I just wanted a full set with the nail polish I picked out. He straight up refused to let me get regular polish saying NO they will come off. We’ll do gel “same price”. I said no again but he was so pushy and at this point I just wanted to get the hell out of there. My niece was there watching and waiting. But the color I gave is not the color on my nails, I am cut up everywhere, and my nails are all slanted… $70? for that? it’s laughable. I attached pictures of it. I will be telling everyone to never come here again."
