"i went in for a regular manicure, no gel, no dip. The nail tech started to cut my cuticles, but I told her not to. She didn't even push them back which is part of a basic manicure. The file she used was too rough and my nails Were crooked. ☹️ I don't think she spent more than 15 minutes on me. Definitely not worth $25"

"They do the best nails around! Very consistent work and all the nail techs do a great job! Very relaxing atmosphere as well."

"Terrible experience with the worker Jenny. She refused to do my pedicure as I asked. I asked for a specific pink color for my French pedicure and she REFUSED to use the color I wanted and said she could only do bubble bath. She also refused to put a tip on my big toe as I always get…with NO problem from any other nail tech. I never had these issues anywhere else in my life. I paid $65 for an ugly pedicure that I didn’t want. She’s SO rude and I will NEVER go back to this place just because of her. Who treats a customer who is PAYING you like this? Never again."

"Got the most expensive pedicure which I generally don’t do but was looking to treat myself. The tech cut two of my toes to make my cuticles bleed which really took away from the experience. I’m also not sure what kind of polish she used but I sat for over a half hour to allow drying and it still remained wet in spots. The salon itself is clean and cute and I would maybe give it a second chance with a different tech."

"I've gone to Sense twice and will be back. I suggest making an appointment. Very busy salon. I like it because it is super clean. The nail techs take their time and are very accurate. I never felt rushed as I have in other places. Just show them a picture of what you want and they'll do it."
