"This was my third or fourth time and I just had the best pedicure with Kathy. She was very friendly but not overly chatty - perfect balance. My regular pedi lasted over 45 mins and I really appreciated that since other salons rush through pedis. She did a very thorough job with my toes and the hot stone massage was amazing. The salon still looks new and is kept very clean. I will definitely be back!"

"Don't come here. They did a terrible job on my dip nails, cut my cuticle to the point of it bleeding, and on top of it left polish all over my fingers. They did not even apologize and kept saying "it is out of our control." Very unprofessional and I will never be returning to this place. I have never had a place cut me during my nail appointment and do a terrible job on top of it. She did not apologize for anything and was very rude. 0/10 stars. Take your money somewhere else."

"I’ve been coming to Saigon nails for three years now. I enjoy a pedicure every five weeks. I have also enjoyed a manicure. Though I don’t get my nails painted, the work that I see while I’m in the nail salon is beautiful! Instead, I get extra an long massage for my guy feet and legs! The warm lava rock massage is especially nice!"

"I have been coming to Saigon Nails for over 6 years. Each of the nail technicians are extremely detailed, patient, and meticulous. I have never left the salon feeling like my nails were "just off". My gel manicures last well into 3 weeks, much longer than when I get them done at salons in downtown Boston. Kim is incredibly nice, friendly, and will make you feel like her #1 customer. The salon is clean, the pedicures are very relaxing, and the service is the best you will find in the Boston area. I'm a very loyal customer and will continue to be as long as I live in Boston."
