"I'm extremely disappointed. This place was highly recommended. I don't live in the neighborhood, so I drove there (over half an hour). The place was clean and the staff friendly. I was excited to pamper myself and get ready for my engagement pictures that are happening this weekend. I picked out two shades of pink: one for hands and one for feet. I told the woman that. She did my feet first. When she got to my hands and started to put on the polish, I told her it wasn't the right one. She said it was. I asked if it was the light one? She said yes. Guess what? It was not the light one; it was the same color as my toes. The darker color won't work on my hands with my dress (for pictures). She offered to redo them, but I had already been there two hours and twenty minutes (a mani/pedi is listed as an hour and twenty minutes). She did a beautiful manicure and pedicure, but I could sit there any longer. It is late. So, I paid $57 to come home and take the polish off my nails and put on clear polish. I had two shades for a reason; it was important to match the dress and the aesthetic of the photo shoot. I'm upset because she did not listen even when I questioned her. I told her it was the wrong color. She did not trust me. I'm unhappy and won't return. It's important for my voice to be heard when I am paying for a service."

"I’m from NY and was referred to this salon by my cousin; this was the best gel manicure and pedicure I have ever had. My feet looked like I should be taking professional photos and my manicure lasted about a month later. I’ve been getting my nails and feet done for a long time and I kept taking breaks because my nails kept breaking, they were thin, they wouldn’t last, and they weren’t growing. It’s to the point where I don’t want anyone else touching my nails now. I legit want to come back to Massachusetts just to get my nails done. What am I gonna do? Lol no seriously. Thank you guys for making my experience worth while."

"I’m a Luxxe loyalist! I’ve been going here for so many years and have never been disappointed. What first attracted me was their extensive array of dip powder color options. They also offer super cool nail art and ideas for different looks. I typically see Rose for my dip powder nails, but recently went to Susan and she was absolutely wonderful as well. Attaching some photos of the nails and nail art that Susan did for me - I have NEVER received so many compliments on my nails! Definitely check out Luxxe, and try to book Rose or Susan if you can!"
