"This is the second pedicure that I’ve had to repeatedly tell the woman to cut my nails shorter. And still, after 3 times the nails were still over the tops of my toes. Do they do this so we have to keep going back sooner? I won’t return there. There are many nail salons in the center to choose from."

"Bullied & intimidated my 13yo daughter.  My daughter went in alone with her friend last month.  When she was paying before leaving, the technician fanned the change in her hand and would not let go of the change until my daughter gave a tip.  She kept repeating, "Tip, tip?" and suggesting to her how much she should give and did not let go of the money until my child decided on a tip under duress.  I'm confident she would not have done this to an adult.  When I called to speak to the owner, her response was, "look at my camera feed, we did nothing wrong".  I explained that on the camera you cannot see that she was gripping the change for my daughter.  We always tip generously and at our discretion.  But always after receiving the change back.  We will not return to Kandi Nails."
