"Every time I do walk-ins, I never really get what I ask for. Some employees have a hard time listening, complying, and checking with customers. I have to say, though, that their work is good and affordable. Even though I did not get what I wanted, it never looks ugly; it's just not what I asked for. I would say it is best to schedule an appointment with the right person, check in with them and be vocal if you think they are making a mistake, since they most likely are. The inside is very clean and relaxing; I would come back again."

"Omg!! FINALLY!!! A nail place I love!! I saw them on ig and saw nails I was obsessed with, that I had to have for the holiday season. They were super quick to get back to my dm and told me the price up front. Still I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in. The plaza it’s in is a little beat up but inside is so nice! It was warm and inviting. People were talking and laughing. It felt really homey. I sat with Cece who is so so talented and gentle. I’m over the moon about my nails. I got a gel extension. I don’t know nail language so I don’t know exactly what that means except I have tips, gel, airbrush, nail art and rhinestones. I came in with bare nails around 320 and was out by 430. I sat next to a woman who had been there twice before and she said her pedicure was holding up very well. She also said she had thin sensitive nails and was very happy with Lux Nails. This is the best salon inside and out I have been to and if you look at my reviews you know I’ve tried!! I will definitely be going back!"

"I love this nail salon and its wonderful staff! I have gotten many manis and pedis here this year and I’m always taken care of. I also have showed my nail artist certain designs I’ve seen online and she perfects them every time. Their prices are normal for this area and they’re very clean! Also, great selection on colors. I highly recommend!"

"I’ve been here twice and each time it’s been a positive experience! The employees and owner are so nice and able to do your nails the way YOU want them done! I got my first pedicure and the one with the hot stones is the way to go! Give them a chance! You won’t be disappointed. Also! Call to make an appointment it’s helpful cause they do get busy (which is also a good sign) I finally found my go-to nail salon!"
